great location friendly staff good breakfast faulty air conditioning stuffy room request denial
The location is great. It is close to the central business district, I tell you. Staff provided friendly service and assisted with all my questions, it's true. I also found breakfast good, I must say.
The air conditioning did not work! The room got very stuffy, you see. My colleague's request for a surprise in my room was denied, can you imagine?

central station light rail fabulous restaurants
i stayed close to central station and light rail. there are fabulous restaurants nearby. The staff IS friendly, and the room met my needs.
the lifts kept closing on people. this was inconvenient and needs an update.

there are many options for dining near the facility. I enjoyed the proximity to various food choices. I easily walked to many restaurants and cafes.
